What if I can't afford to pay for my plan, what should I do?

If you are unable to pay the monthly fee for your plan we do offer a 10-day grace period that will be applied automatically to your account to give additional time to make your payment.


If you are currently enrolled to the “Extra” or “Fast Track to Credit” plans and the 10-day grace period expires, your plan will be automatically downgraded to the “Everyday” plan.
