How can I downgrade my plan?

To downgrade your place, simply follow these steps:

1. Log in to the Pockit app

2. Click “Accounts” at the bottom of the page

3. Click “Plans” at the top of the page

4. Click “Change your Pockit plan”

5. Select & Confirm your new plan

Note: Changing your membership plan can currently only be done via the Pockit app
