Why my transfer IN was declined?

There are a few reasons why the transfer in to your Pockit account could be declined, please contact us via our in-app chat or by sending an email to help@pockit.com for more information.
Please note that a declined transfer in to your Pockit account is automatically returned to the sender. This usually takes 1-5 working days to appear on the sender's statement.
