If your transfer out has declined please check:


  1. If you have used the full name of the recipient as your transfer will be declined if you use initials or abbreviations.
  2. If you have enough in your balance to cover the transfer and the transactional fee (if applicable)
  3. If you reached your transactional limit. To check this, please contact us.
