What should I do if my statement seems incorrect?

If the statement of your Pockit account looks wrong, it could be caused by one the following reasons:


  • You have a payment on the statement that you do not recognise

    • Sometimes merchants process payments at a later time, or the name of the merchant appears slightly different on your statement, which can be confusing. Click here to learn more.


  • You are expecting a payment, but it does not appear on the statement

  • There was a transaction on the statement, but this has now disappeared

    • This could be due to a payment that was “pending” and has now been reversed (or cancelled) by the merchant meaning that you have not been charged and are therefore removed from your statement automatically.
