I haven't received my transfer yet, what should I do?

If you haven’t received your bank transfer yet, there can be a few different reasons why this may have happened:


  • The funds have been sent to the wrong details (please double-check this information with the sender)

  • You don’t have an active card (Mastercard®) on your Pockit account

  • Your account is currently limited

  • There are transfer delays due to either internal and external processes

  • Type of payment sent - certain transactions such as betting winnings & refunds are not processed directly by Pockit but the sender


Transfers from another individual account typically should be credited to your account within a few hours, if this timeframe has expired and none of the above reasons apply please contact us via the chat function or by sending an email.
