How can I block or unblock my Pockit card?

You can block or unblock your Pockit card for additional peace of mind at any time. This can easily be done within your Pockit app or via the web function.

To do so from within the Pockit app:

1. Log into the Pockit app

2. Tap on 'Account'

3. Make sure you're in the 'Card' section

4. Tap on 'Lock card'

5. Answer the security question

Alternatively if you want to do it  via the web:

1. Log into your Pockit account

2. Click on 'Manage cards'

3. Click on 'Block card'
