How can I make a complaint?

If you are dissatisfied with Pockit, or the level of service that has been provided and you would like to make a complaint, please contact us using one of the following methods:

When contacting us, please provide:

  1. your name

  2. your nine-digit customer reference number

  3. the reason for your concern.

Please make it clear that you’re unhappy and would like to make a formal complaint. This enables us to help you in line with the relevant complaints process. When doing so, please also include as much relevant information as possible to assist us.
