What happens if I am late with my subscription payment?

You can still pay the subscription within the grace period of 10 days after a missed payment.

After the grace period ends and if the payment has not been processed, you will automatically be downgraded to Pockit Everyday.

Your missed payment will not be reported to the Credit Reference Agencies, however your credit builder product will no longer be active.
