How to close your Pockit account?

If you no longer need to use your Pockit account, we'd be very sad to see you go! If you still wish to proceed, you can follow these steps below:

1. Reduce your balance to zero by transferring your money to a different account. See how to do this. In case your balance is below £1 we can waive our transfer fee. Alternatively you can donate remaining funds to one of the charities straight from your Pockit app.
2. You can click on this link to close your Pockit account via the web link.

Alternatively please follow the steps after logging into your online account:

1. Go to the "Account" tab
2. Click on "Profile"
3. Follow the "Close Account" option
