Your Pockit account is designed for you to only be able to spend the money that has been added to it. This is a great way to make sure you don't overspend.

Despite that, there are some very rare exceptions where this may happen after all. If it happens to you, we'll simply need you to add some money to your account to cover the negative balance to avoid any follow-ups.
